Thomas M. Castano, 58, of 315 Yarnall Street, Kane, died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

Born October 20, 1954 in Kane, he was the son of Samuel and Mary Ferraro Castano.

Mr. Castano had worked at Cera-Mag in Kane for several years.

Surviving are a sister, Connie Heckman of Kane and a brother, John Castano of James City; plus several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may attend a graveside service for Thomas M. Castano at 3:00 on Tuesday, January 8th at St. Callistus Cemetery with Father Philip Pinczewski, Pastor of St. Callistus Catholic Church, officiating.
