It was a month today that we entrusted Mother to your care. Want to tell you what a great job you did! The transformation from her bed at the nursing home to seeing her in the casket was astounding - you have a real talent & I hope you realize that - not just a talent but an art! Most people’s last memory is what they see at the funeral home & I thank you for a beautiful memory!
Very warm regards,
--- Rxxxx Hxxx

The family of Axxxx Cxxxxxxx would like to thank you and your staff for the personal attention you gave the family before, during and after the funeral. You answered all our questions and were so efficient in handling the legal and business aspects of the service.
Thank you again for your care and concern for our needs and the needs of the handicapped guests at that difficult time.
The "boys" were impressed with your facility and hospitality.
Thank you again,
Rxxxxxx Cxxxxxxx and Sons

Our most sincere appreciation for the professional and personal support you have shown us during our loss. You gave us respect, privacy and were at our side to guide us through the overwhelming process. We could not have done it to perfection without you.
The photo, very important for the healing process for Dad, as he can see her each day as she was. You have given us the ultimate gift, thank you so much - Mom looked beautiful, peaceful and we want to express our gratitude for that. Looking at her brought a deep sense of calmness to us all as we reflected back to the beginning of our time with her; our childhood days, as I mentioned ~ we will forever hold close to our hearts.

Thank you for your letter of June 6 and the enclosure of a check in the amount of $4,394.34 for the ELCA Global Mission. This is a wonderful gift!
Also, thank you for your policy of not keeping overages of proceeds from prepaid funeral trusts. It is good to hear of your policy.
I will also write to Mr. Dxxxxx Pxxx to express thanks for this gift to the ELCA from his aunt.
Peace in Christ!

My brothers and I want to thank you for the wonderful job that you did with Uncle Xxxxxxx's funeral services. We were quite pleased and know that Xxxxxxx would have approved also. I'm so glad that I set up that funeral trust with you several years ago. That sure made things easier.
Thanks again for everything. You've been a great help over these last few years.
I was overwhelmed and so pleased with the portrait picture of Xxxxx. Thank you very much.
Your choice of suit and tie was perfect - he looked like he did ten years ago. He was always a sharp dresser! It's a good memory for me.
You certainly go the extra mile.

Thank you so much for the memorial tree planted for Dad. Also, thank you for all your help. It was a comfort to know we could call you anytime and at least one of us was thinking straight :-)
I believe that the good Lord gives all of us a gift and we were blessed that He gave you the gifts that He did. You helped us through a very difficult time.
Thank you again,
I want to give you heart-felt thanks for the comfort and consideration you gave us. Not a single detail of your service to us was omitted in bringing Gxxx's life to a dignified close.
He was a wonderful man and our grief is deep, but the care and friendship you gave us helped begin our recovery.
